Outstanding my friend, absolutely outstanding! And to think of the lineage: Arb-->me-->you-->a new fan...warms the Forum Collective Heart, I daresay...always nice to play a small role in any such educational (truly!) endeavor.

Keep thinking about the good work in your soil with Ms Mando, you, and the kids (not sure?)...great stuff yesterday finding out about all of that. Hope the weather is treating all your "vegetative children" nicely...

Here is how I found the DB and it looks like Arb may have also been enlightened by this post. Gotta love Oprah!

Morning PM -

Both kids are not quite as enthusiastic about the gardens as Mom and Dad are, but they help. Son, more so than daughter, but they are both out there with us.

We are usually up around 5 AM each day during the spring/summer and spend about 2 hours in the gardens before I head in to work.

It really is rewarding - especially when we bring a whole pile of food inside for dinner and measure the age of the meal in minutes.

We always end up with extra food so I bring bags of veggies in to work and swap around with other gardeners.

Good stuff indeed.
